We're looking for an experienced sales & marketing professional to scale our customer base & optimize our sales acquisition channels. You will be working to build a bridge between sales & marketing Department and work on seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on qualifying the leads generated from various marketing campaigns, or leads generated elsewise as well via other platforms - Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Should have a proven track record in successfully identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in the USA
3. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
4. Conduct experienced and well-targeted cold emailing, generating positive responses using strategies that work with the current market situation
5. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
6. Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with new potential clients
7. Should be proficient in using various lead generation tools apart from LinkedIn, and should lead it with efficiency.
8. Stay well informed about industry trends, market conditions, and various competitor activities.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results that have been generated month-on-month.
10. Has experience and a proven target record in achieving the monthly and quarterly targets set

Skills required:
1. Proven experience of 6 months in business development in the service industry
2. Proven experience in developing sales in the US market
3. Bachelors degree in sales + marketing or any relevant field
4. Skill in using various Lead Generation tools e. Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
5. Familiar with handling CRM software
6. Report generation for better understanding of sales targets, etc.
7. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
