Education counsellor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programmes to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and online process.
2. Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and degree colleges.
3. Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
4. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
5. Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
6. Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
7. Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Creating urgency when required, rebuttals and counselling skills
3. Interpersonal skills.
4. Active listening.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
