Job Title: Sales Executive (NGO Client Sales)
Branx Marketing Agency is looking for motivated 'Sales Executives' to support our NGO clients in their fundraising efforts. A key responsibility will be pitching donation campaigns to schools, and engaging children and families in support of NGO causes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pitch donation campaigns to schools and generate contributions.
2. Build relationships with schools and donors.
3. Meet and exceed donation targets.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to engage schools for fundraising.
3. Goal-oriented mindset.
Training Period: 15-20 days (unpaid)
Compensation:
- 8,000 - 12,000 salary after training.
- 1% commission on donations below 1 lakh, 2% above 1 lakh.
Work hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM.
