Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians
2. Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations
5. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention
6. Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development
