Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with clients and writers through both voice (phone calls) and non-voice support (email, live chat on the website, WhatsApp chats)
2. Take ownership of tasks from allocation to final delivery
3. Contribute efficiently to various activities of operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment
4. Escalate unresolved customer requests and pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification
5. Choose the best solutions to solve problems; rectify, adjust, and follow up to ensure proper resolution
6. Assist in sales or secure potential customers by answering product and service questions and pitching new products or services

Requisite Skill Set:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (command over UK accent)
2. Good interpersonal and analytical skills
3. Excellent typing speed (while chatting through website/WhatsApp)
4. Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines
5. Excellent multitasking skills
6. Ready to work in rotational shifts
7. Capable of maintaining profitable client relationships
8. Maintain collaborative contributions within the company's internal teams through a constructive, agile, and teamwork approach
9. Versed in analyzing customer needs and recommending the best available offers based on those needs
