Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads from the existing data base
2. Take the follow-up of clients
3. Monitor and track leads through the sales pipeline, initial contact to closure
4. Coordinate with clients and understand their investment needs
5. Communicate with clients for their budget, location, and visits
6. Plan the site visits of potential clients as and when required
7. Convert the prospect into bookings
