Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Troubleshoot issues related to the online ordering platform
3. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products and features
5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships
6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams
