About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending to Client's calls and addressing all their software queries in a timely manner
2. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
3. Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients
4. Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software
5. Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team
6. Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues
7. Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement
