VasyERP (Acquired by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
2. Develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation
3. Taking care of smooth Onboarding, Training, and Implementation process
4. Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
5. Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
6. Complete video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process
7. Respond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation
8. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
9. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
What you will bring:
1. 0-1 years experience working in a Customer/Client facing role
2. Strong collaboration, time management, influencing, and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role
3. The ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers
4. Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills at all business levels
5. The ability to partner with customers in developing their strategic direction
