Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our students and parents have an exceptional experience with our services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for coaches, parents, and students, handling demo scheduling, scheduling and rescheduling of classes, informing about demo classes or class updates, and resolving any issues
2. Collect and analyze feedback from coaches and parents to continuously improve our services
3. Manage customer interactions, address queries, and ensure a seamless experience for our users

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
