Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers.
2. Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
3. Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
4. Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
5. Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
6. Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank CRM system. Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
7. Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time.
8. To acquire new bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling: savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, pg products (life insurance/general insurance/mutual fund/retail asset products/online trading).
9. Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets.
10. To fulfill KYC and compliance norms.
11. To reach out to High high-net-worth individuals.
12. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.
Skills High Sales orientation for achieving numbers good convincing and Negotiation skills.

CTC: 2.28 Lpa (16.5k in-hand)- Sales Officer 1 Freshers
