This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative.
Key responsibilities include performing day-to-day sales tasks, including prospecting new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular travel within Mumbai to meet with clients and attend meetings.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Proficient in using sales tools
7. Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
