About the job

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an insurance sales junior executive. In this role, you will assist in promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients. You will be responsible for supporting senior executives, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organization's profit potential.
2. Achieve Sales Targets.
3. Promote the organization's products and services to new and current clients.
4. Ensure all clients are satisfied and that the quality of the services they provide meet or exceed customer expectations.
5. Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs, resolve client complaints and issues, develop new business, and to provide value.
6. Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyse opportunities, and promote sales growth.
7. Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints.
8. Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets.

Experience:

1. Candidates with prior insurance sales experience will be preferred.
2. Candidates necessarily need to be fluent in Kannada.
