Home Loan Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on sales of home loan products
2. Source business through the open market through different channels/activities
3. Work on the development, preparation, and promotion of home loan programs
4. Understand the customer requirement with regards to home loan and explain the fullest information about the product & process
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals
6. Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, coordinate for disbursement of loans
7. Ensure the achievement of the given business target
8. Work on aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for sales
9. Work on the conversion of leads
