This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience across various business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the founders in daily activities and working closely with them to drive growth.
2. Performing as a sales hunter. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
3. Managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure sales efficiency.
4. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
5. Conducting market research and analysis.
6. Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other activities to support business functions.
7. Cross-functional team collaboration to support business and technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. A relentless drive for success and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
