Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with KIITEs' overall vision
2. Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, from initiation to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
3. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes
4. Identify and evaluate potential risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success
5. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
6. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear and timely information exchange
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies within KIITEs
Qualifications:
1. Graduation is required
2. Freshers and those with up to 1 year of experience in the travel industry are welcome
3. Strong leadership and team mentorship skills
4. Excellent communication skills
