Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate has to find relevant resumes against an open role with any of our clients. The resume has to be searched from our database or LinkedIn.
2. Speak to candidate to understand fitment with client's expectations.
3. Coordinate with clients to organize interviews.
4. Follow up with the candidate and client in an attempt to close the open role.
5. Raise invoice and follow up for payment.
