Growth & Portfolio Management Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research to identify promising fintech startups in India and international markets
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for selected startups, ensuring seamless integration into the program
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential startups to be onboarded to the program
4. Build the ecosystem partner network by understanding the incubation program completely and reaching out to potential partners or collaborators for the startups
5. Coordinate access to internal and external resources to help startups scale effectively
6. Coordinate with the PR & Marketing Team
7. Actively contribute to internal and external projects and initiatives, bringing insights from the program and industry research

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
2. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
4. Understanding of the fintech landscape, both in India and globally
