HR Generalist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
2. Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
3. Drafting letters and documents
4. Collecting and analyzing information
5. Initiating telecommunications
6. Maintains the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
7. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
8. Speaking for the executive
9. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone
10. Answering or directing inquiries.
11. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
12. Completes projects by assigning work to respective members and following up on results.
13. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
14. Maintains company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed.
15. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education & Technical Experience:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree or diploma
2. 0-1 years of experience in a corporate environment
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Institutional expertise and experience working with multiple client types is a plus
