Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Find candidates on Linkedin or other job portals that match the description of the given job opening.
2. Do the basic screening of the candidates on the phone and arrange face-to-face interviews at suitable time slots after shortlisting candidates.
3. Do basic screening face-to-face and explain company policy before the technical interview.
4. Explain the offer to a shortlisted candidate for hiring.
5. Follow up on shortlisted candidates.
6. Send offer letters to selected candidates.
7. Perform joining formalities on the joining date of the new employees.
8. Keep track of employee confirmation periods.
9. Keep track of the employee increment cycle and inform management when the increment is due.
10. Track employee attendance and leaves.
11. Do disciplinary observations of employees in workspaces and create logs of remarks.
12. Physical observation of the workspace 3-4 times a day to make sure work areas are clean and organized. If not, direct housekeeping staff to take action.
13. Handle employee grievances and escalate to management if necessary.
