Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
2. Provide support in various HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating HR activities
3. Draft and manage business communications and emails with professionalism and clarity
4. Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis to support HR operations
5. Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems within the HR function
6. Collaborate with the Founder's Office and other departments to support HR initiatives
