Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain our HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information
2. Utilize MS Excel to analyze HR data and create comprehensive reports for management
3. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting interviews
4. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures
6. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
