Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Requirements:

1. Knowledge and understanding of MSA – Master Service Agreement and PO/SoW from USA vendors and clients.

2. Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, green card & US citizens.

3. Experience in reviewing the OPT, H1B, PERM, and I-140 documentation.

4. Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.

5. Should have a minimum of 3+ experience in the US IT Industry.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.

7. Excellent analytical and assessment capability.

8. Good Understanding of the organization structure.

9. Willing to work as per US timings.
