About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor the end-to-end capture of employee data from the point of hire to exit, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our HR Management System (HRMS).
2. Oversee the employee induction process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide necessary information, conduct orientation sessions, and facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors providing background checks, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Address any escalations or issues that arise.
