Job location: Chembur (WFO)
Working days: 6 days working
Experience required: 0 to 3 years
Max CTC: Rs 20k
This is a full-time on-site role
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions
2. Handle day-to-day tasks such as managing employee records, handle payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes
Qualifications:
1. HR management, HR operations, and employee relations skills
2. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
