1. Support HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding and team welfare activities
2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by sourcing and screening profiles through various platforms
3. Help coordinate interviews
4. Assist in pre and post-on-boarding functions that include coordination and communication with a variety of stakeholders
5. Assist in conducting candidate background checks
6. Support documentation tasks, such as preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining-related documents for new recruits
7. Assist in managing employee data and records
8. Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives
9. Support day-to-day HR activities
