Key responsibilities:

1. International sales & marketing:

a. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans targeting international markets.
b. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
c. Foster strong, long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
d. Conduct market research to analyze trends, understand competitors, and assess customer needs.
e. Create and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns.
f. Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events.

2. Import-export operations:

a. Manage the end-to-end import-export process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.
b. Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
c. Oversee and troubleshoot shipping and logistical issues, coordinating with third- party service providers.

3. Business development:

a. Identify and engage potential clients and new business opportunities.
b. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
c. Lead negotiations and close deals to meet company goals.

4. Documentation and reporting:

a. Maintain comprehensive records of all import-export transactions and sales activities.
b. Generate insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
c. Ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.
