Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and developing pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
2. Conducting interviews via phone or in-person
3. Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
4. Serving as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's any degree
2. Effective communication skills
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
5. High-energy and passion
6. Positive attitude
7. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Requirement:

1. Job role: IT recruiter
2. Location: Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore-560062, India.
3. Work model: Work From Office 6 days a week (Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM & Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
4. Hiring for IT recruiter with 1-2 Years of experience (B.com, B.Sc., BA English preferred)
5. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions
6. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
7. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
