As a product manager, you will be an integral part of our early-stage team. You'll work closely with our founder to shape product strategy, refine user experiences, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious, detail-oriented, and takes ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points and feedback
2. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends to define the product vision, goals, roadmap and metrics and user flows
3. Utilize design thinking and first principles approach to develop the most optimal user experience
4. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously enhance our user interface
5. Work with developers to translate user requirements into meaningful product functionalities
6. Manage and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
7. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
8. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes
9. Ensure that high quality outcomes are delivered, in a timely manner
Note: The candidate needs to be based in Mumbai as we are focused on building a strong company culture. The work arrangement will include a few days in the office and a few days working from home, providing flexibility and balance.

1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or project management in a tech or startup environment
2. Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Growth mindset and a love for tackling new problems and learning new topics
5. High level of ownership, with a proactive and self-driven approach
6. Ability to gather, analyze, problem-solve and synthesize information effectively
7. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
8. Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles
9. Flexible and willing to do different things, as we are just getting started
10. Proficiency in project tools such as Notion, Google Suite
11. Experience with UI/UX design processes and tools like Figma
12. Familiarity with tech products
13. A passion for education and improving student outcomes
