Key responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify the best candidates for open positions.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
4. Utilize social media and networking events to attract potential candidates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
