Junior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive Fresher Job

GrowthSRC Media (spelled Growthsource) is looking for a full-time SEO executive with 0 - 1 years of experience. Reporting to the founders, you will learn to execute core SEO activities like Technical Audits, Internal Linking, Topic Research, Competitor Research, Content audits, and Content Optimization recommendations for our clients and portfolio of websites. You will be a big part of achieving our growth goals by executing ground-breaking SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Be the frontline person responsible for executing SEO activities under the guidance of the SEO analyst and manager
2. Build the capability to understand client businesses and execute activities as per the SEO strategy
3. Monitor and report on search trends and SEO performance
4. Learn and follow SEO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute client strategy effectively
5. Support analysts and managers in data analysis and insights
6. Perform and deliver under tight deadlines
7. Learn and adapt to GrowthSRC's processes and methodologies

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of marketing, SEO, and organic search
2. Interest in SEO and specializing in the content SEO subset for the long term
3. Comfort with learning and using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc., to uncover insights for clients
4. Ability to learn processes and execute tasks with minimal supervision in a collaborative and positive team environment
5. A self-starter attitude with the ability to grasp concepts quickly
6. A continuous learner and reader who likes to explore and find solutions to challenging situations
7. Eagerness to learn project management and analytics tools
8. Collaborative team player who values the success of the whole team, in addition to their own
9. Comfort with speaking English, communicating over Google Meet calls, and taking/explaining deliverables over video recordings
