Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in full secretarial compliance of all 4 companies, including board and general meetings, minutes, their documentations, maintenance of records, all e-form filings, account finalization, assisting in account and HR compliance, etc.
2. Assisting in NBFC compliance monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, loan disbursement process, drafting and vetting of loan documents, dealing with queries by corporate clients during loan procedures; maintenance of MIS, ESBTR payment for stamp duty, assisting in filing CHG-1 to clients, RBI filings and communications, etc.
3. Drafting and vetting of various referral agreements, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements, memorandum of understanding being signed with the clients of Capwise, etc.
