Key responsibilities:

1. Process analysis: Assess existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and training materials.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as operations, quality assurance, and project management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
