Seeking dynamic pre-sales telecaller with excellent Marathi and Hindi communication skills, preferably with real estate telecalling experience. Female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, generate leads, and schedule visits to our sites.
2. Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information about our projects to prospective customers.
3. Convert incoming calls into walk-ins by demonstrating convincing power and a pleasant demeanor.
4. Utilise telemarketing strategies to maximize walk-ins at our sites.
5. Maintain an Excel database of leads and follow-up activities.
6. Prepare daily and monthly call reports, documenting interactions and outcomes.
7. Coordinate closely with the sales team to stay updated on project details and provide seamless customer service.
8. Demonstrate aggressive yet tactful communication skills to effectively turn calls into walk-ins.
9. Ensure smooth operation of incoming call software for efficient handling of inquiries.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Virar, Vasai-Virar and neighboring cities
1. Education: Minimum Higher Secondary education (12th Pass), with preference for any graduate.
2. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling and sales, particularly in the real estate industry, is highly desired
3. Excellent command over Marathi and Hindi languages, with proficiency in English preferred.
