Receptionist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional attitude
2. Direct them to appropriate departments or individuals
3. Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct person or department, and take messages when necessary
4. Provide information to callers as needed
5. Schedule meetings and appointments for staff or management
6. Maintain Admin & HR-related Invoice entry in software
7. Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
8. Prepare and manage documents and reports
9. Prepare outgoing mail and arrange for courier services if needed
10. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
11. Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary
12. Address and resolve visitor inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
13. Provide support to other staff members as needed
