Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
4. Manage the candidate pipeline and keep clients updated on recruitment progress.
5. Provide regular status updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
6. Assist clients with offer negotiation and onboarding processes as needed.
