Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outbound calls and other lead-generation activities.
2. Establish rapport and trust with potential clients by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
3. Effectively explain the benefits of opening a demat account and investing in the stock market.
4. Present various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, tailored to client needs.
5. Guide clients through the account opening process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
7. Monitor client accounts and recommend suitable investment strategies for long-term growth.
8. Achieve individual and team targets for new account openings and trading activity
