Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey the benefits of solar energy solutions.
3. Strong negotiation capabilities to finalize deals and secure client agreements.
4. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales goals with minimal supervision.
6. Understanding of the renewable energy sector, specifically solar panel products and installation processes.
7. Ability to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
8. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple leads and follow up with potential clients.
9. Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital tools for sales activities.
10. Willingness to collaborate with other team members and share knowledge to enhance overall company performance.
Compensation:
1. This is a commission-based position.
2. Earn a 2% commission on every deal finalized.
