Sales Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales.
2. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets
7. Conducting research and analysis on various topics related to
8. the D2C industry, market trends, and competitors to help inform strategic
9. decision-making.
10. Handle customer support queries, addressing and resolving their issues promptly and effectively.
