You will use provided scripts to engage both existing and prospective leads, ensuring a professional and effective interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively contact potential leads to inform them about upcoming webinars.
2. Engage leads using provided scripts, ensuring a clear and persuasive communication style.
3. Follow up with leads to confirm their attendance at scheduled webinars.
4. Engage in conversations to understand the needs, preferences, and specifications of leads.
5. Resolve queries or concerns related to the webinars in a professional and timely manner.
6. Accurately record details of all phone calls, including outcomes and next steps.
7. Regularly update and maintain the lead database with current and accurate information.

1. Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
2. Fluency in any three additional languages: Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
