Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

- Making calls:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
2. Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries or complaints
- Explaining products:
1. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
2. Answer questions about the company's products or services
- Building relationships:
1. Build rapport with potential customers and foster relationships with existing clients
2. Collect customer information and maintain healthy relationships with them
- Following up:
1. Follow up with customers to provide new products or services, or to maintain follow-ups
2. Write down important information from customers and report their analysis and observations to their team lead
- Documentation:
1. Create reports and documentation based on their conversations with customers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a database
