Telecaller Fresher Job

As a Telecaller at RTB Educational Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential students and clients and guiding them through our educational services. Your proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse clientele. Your knowledge of MS-Office will also be advantageous in keeping track of client interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about our educational programs and services.
2. Answer incoming calls from interested individuals and provide detailed information about our offerings.
3. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to convert them into clients.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and consultations for interested clients.
5. Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system using MS Office.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement call campaigns and promotional activities.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client interaction.
