The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, and assisting them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and inquiries
2. Provide detailed information about our training programs, courses, and services
3. Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
4. Maintain accurate records of conversations and ensure follow-up actions are completed
5. Assist with the enrollment process, guiding students through the necessary steps
6. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new students
8. Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with potential students
9. Stay updated on our training programs and any new offerings to provide accurate information

Qualifications:
1. Gender: Female candidates only
2. Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred
3. Education: Minimum qualification of high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is a plus
