6. Conduct surveys and quizzes, and demonstrate active listening to enhance people inclusivity, foster innovation, and drive positive cultural shifts.
7. Perform HR data analytics by collating and structuring datasets related to HR functions, people inclusivity, capability, capacity, and performance to create progress reports and dashboards, converting data into valuable information for decision-making.
8. Drive continual improvements in HR management processes, systematization, knowledge management, and people inclusivity initiatives.
