We source for all channels Direct marketing, agency channel, bancassurance channel, tele-sales and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates from naukri portal for hiring FLM - Managerial profiles on day-to-day basis.
2. Learning the skills of recruitment and managing the stakeholders for fulfilling the manning position.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Life Insurance background experience.
