About the job

The HR administrator will provide support to the HR department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & onboarding:
i. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
ii. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
iii. Prepare and process all new hire paperwork, including offer letters and employment contracts.
iv. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
2. Employee records management:
i. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal requirements.
ii. Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
3. Employee relations & communications management:
i. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
ii. Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
iii. Help resolve employee issues by investigating complaints and facilitating conflict resolution.
4. General administrative assistance:
i. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining office supplies, managing HR-related communications, and coordinating meetings and events.
ii. Keep up-to-date on HR best practices and ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
