Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
2. Partner with senior management on HR priorities and solutions
3. Oversee recruitment and selection processes for top talent acquisition
4. Implement effective onboarding programs
5. Promote a positive working environment and employee engagement
6. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts
7. Design and implement performance appraisal systems
8. Provide guidance on performance-related issues
9. Identify and develop training programs for employee skills enhancement
10. Facilitate leadership development initiatives
11. Manage compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and equity
12. Oversee payroll administration and ensure regulatory compliance
13. Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices
14. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations for compliance
15. Utilize HR metrics and data for decision-making and planning
16. Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred
2. 1-2 years of HR management experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
8. Professional HR certification is a plus
