1. Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
3. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
4. Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the process
5. Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and support to employees and managers
6. Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs
7. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
8. Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities
9. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and fairness across the organization
