Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly salary data of employees based on attendance and leaves data
2. Process monthly payroll for all employees on the payroll
3. Track attendance of all employees on a monthly basis
4. Handle employee payroll queries
5. Manage full & final settlement of exiting employees
6. Prepare monthly PF, ESI, and PT challans and process payments
7. Generate PF and ESIC IP numbers for new joiners in the employer portal
8. Address issues related to PF & ESIC
9. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Shops and Establishment Act
10. Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and other HR-related activities
