Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2. Conduct initial screenings and background checks as needed
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and coordinating orientation sessions
4. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property
5. General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and disciplinary actions
